Avetta Set-Up and Compliance

 If a client requires you to set up and join the AVETTA® platform, the process involves far more than simply registering an account. High Mountain Safety provides expert guidance to help contractors set up, manage, and maintain compliance with AVETTA®, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Our team will assist you from start to finish, helping you set up your AVETTA® account, complete the Pre-Qualification Form (PQF), and submit necessary safety programs that meet your client’s expectations. The PQF can contain over 1,000+ questions, covering key aspects of safety policies, training, and compliance. We ensure your answers are accurate and aligned with industry requirements.

Once the PQF is completed, we will prepare and submit your safety programs to AVETTA®, ensuring all policies meet client-specific and industry standards. Additionally, we will assist with supporting documentation, such as Certificates of Insurance (COI), OSHA/OHS record-keeping data, and workers’ compensation ratings. We even coordinate directly with your insurance provider to streamline the process.

Ongoing Compliance Management: AVETTA® compliance does not stop at initial approval. Frequent updates, quarterly data submissions, new client requirements, and industry changes can all impact your status.
